BUKIT AMAN, 28 December 2022: The Co-ordinator of Vehicle Theft Reduction Council of Malaysia (VTREC), Puan Mas Tina Abdul Hamid attended a meeting with Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) at Bukit Aman to discuss plan on prevention and intervention not limited to vehicle theft campaign, education and engagement with stakeholders.
The meeting was chaired by YDH Tuan ACP Roslan Tahir, Penolong Pengarah Unit Risikan/Operasi D4. Also attended were YDH Tuan ASP Chung Seng Yung, Unit PP, Jabatan Pencegahan Jenayah dan Keselamatan Komuniti, YDH Tuan Inspektor Yusri Roslan, Operasi Lejang Antarabangsa D4 and Puan Nur Alwanie Iberahim, Pegawai Eksekutif VTREC. The meeting saw exchange of information potential opportunities of collaboration particularly on initiatives to further reduce the rate of vehicle theft through public and community engagements and approaches.
