PUTRAJAYA, 17 April 2023: The Director of Vehicle Theft Reduction Council of Malaysia (VTREC) cum Chairman of Persatuan Insurans Am Malaysia (PIAM), Mr Antony Lee accompanied by the Co-ordinator (VTREC), Puan Mas Tina Abdul Hamid paid a courtesy visit on YBhg Dato’ Zailani Haji Hashim, Director-General of Road Transport Department (RTD) in his office at Putrajaya.
YBhg Dato’ Zailani Haji Hashim warmly welcome the courtesy visit. Also present during the courtesy call were YBhg Datuk Lokman bin Jamaan, Senior Director of RTD and YBrs Dr Azmi Awang, Ketua Penolong Pengarah Dasar, Enforcement Division of RTD.
At the meeting, they exchanged views on vehicle theft and road traffic accidents as well as on co-operation in such are as reducing vehicle theft rate, reducing road accident, and increasing road safety. They also discussed on to strengthen co-operation between VTREC – RTD – insurance industry to better serve the public. The two interlocutors held a fruitful discussion in a warm environment.
